While I did write Melissa and Julian's scenes in PF with Promotion in mind, I did want to make sure any foreshadowing would be restricted to Prophecy Failed's context, because I wanted PF to be completely self-contained. So this is a preview of what people would expect their dynamic to be like if Promotion didn't exist.
