Here I've been thinking Julian is the only character who uses semicolons when he speaks but here's Leon doing it, which makes sense, he's second on the list of Characters Who Speak Clearly and Enunciate Correctly (Julian is first obvs). Leon does it because he wants people to take him seriously.
