This is one of those backgrounds that nowadays I'd just paint from scratch. Splitting that kind of task between drawing on paper in pen and then adding screentones later makes it hard to visualize what I'm going for and isn't very fun or satisfying.

I see people protesting things on streetcorners and I try to avoid them because no one wants to deal with people yelling things at them while they're just trying to get somewhere.
